Shipping

Our plants are shipped climate neutral with DHL GoGreen in germany for 6.95€ or EU-wide for 17.95€.

All orders received before 4 p.m. on Sunday will be dispatched the next Monday to ensure that the plants arrive before the weekend and delivery times are kept as short as possible. Later orders will be dispatched the following Monday. Experience has shown that shipping within Germany takes 1-2 days and within the EU 3-7 days.

For international shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties or other fees may be due, which are not included in the total price and are to be paid by the buyer.

We are only shipping our plants to Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the moment.

 

Packaging

All of our plants are carefully packed and well protected to the best of our knowledge. We use paper and biodegradable packing chips to cushion the plant and ensure a healthy arrival. If you order a cutting from us, it will be kept moist with spagnum moss and a layer of bubble wrap. Winterpackaging with a heatpack will be included.
